Platinum Dance Studio is offering the following courses throughout 2012.
There will be 2 sessions a week and each course will run for 6 weeks. The sessions will take place on Tuesday at 7pm - 8pm & Saturday 2pm - 3pm.

3-2-1 Power Abs & Cardio
Starting Date: Tuesday 27th March & Saturday 31st March
Running Until: Tuesday 1st May & Saturday 5th May
The 3-2-1 Power Abs and cardioincludes 3 programmes for each 2 week block consisting of workouts that get progressively more challenging as you go through them. Each workout begins with a brief warm-up session and concludes with brief cool-down session. Each of the three workouts consist of the 3-2-1 Strength/Cardio/Ab training circuit in which three minutes of strength work, 2 minutes of cardiovascular work and 1 minute of abdominal work is performed.
Zumba Toning
Start Date: Tuesday 8th May & Saturday 12th May
Running Until: Tuesday 12th June & Saturday 16th June
When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba® Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Bum Bum Rapido
Start Date: Tuesday 21st August & Saturday 25th August

Hip Hop Hustle

If you love to dance, but find most hip hop and dance workouts too complicated to get a good workout, then you have found your solution! With simple to follow, easy to learn dance steps that allow you to really burn fat and calories! This workout feels more like a night on the town than exercise! No dance experience required!
